This is my father and namesake John McLaughlin Sr. at the 2005 WSOP Main Event held at the Rio. He won his $10,000 entrance fee online with Paradise Poker. His finish at 168th out of 5,619 participants represents that he was in the top 2% of the field. At the 2006 WSOP Main Event he finished 611th out of 8,773. Nice going Dad on being consistent and cashing 2 years in a row. Just recently came in top ten out of 10,000 an is eligible to be part of the Daniel Negreanu's, Poker Stars, Million Dollar Challenge Audition **JML***.
